Welcome to my website! My name is Alan. I’ve been taking photos since 2020 and professionally since 2024. I cover a wide range of photography, from portraits and personal photoshoots to events and pet photography, capturing incredible, unforgettable moments you’ll want to relive.
To me, a photo is a key to a moment in time that might have otherwise been forgotten, and the best way to remember something or someone who means a lot to you.

I have a strong passion for making people happy and always strive to deliver a high standard with a smile. Whether you’re after a relaxed, candid shot or need someone for a fast-paced professional environment, my experience ensures I’ll get the results you’re looking for.

Originally from Rome, my parents and I moved to the UK when I was 5. I worked in our family restaurant from age 14 and became sous chef at 16, working alongside my dad while my mum ran the front of house. Sadly, we closed permanently during COVID, but we had an amazing run, including being featured in the Good Food Guide and Michelin Guide for 8 years running, winning awards, and being referred to as the ‘hidden gem’ of the Wirral.

During that time, my dad taught me how to cut gemstones (he was a freelance gemstone cutter for many high-end jewellers), and I ended up perfecting that craft too. When COVID hit, I started an online gemstone business, but I needed a good camera to showcase them. That’s when the spark lit. I studied relentlessly, photographing and filming the gemstones I cut to help sell them online.

When things returned to normal, I took a job in banking (which I still do), but my true drive is to pursue photography full-time. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of being accepted for a photoshoot in Milan where I photographed 22 horses over 3 days, photographing several models, and having the pleasure to work as a photographer for the Wirral Tattoo Extravaganza, where I captured the passion of the artists and filmed the awards ceremony.

Needless to say, I am a perfectionist and will always aim to do the best I can. As my father taught me and my grandfather taught him: do a job properly, and you’ll only need to do it once. That same pride in our heritage is why my family crest serves as my business logo, it’s a commitment to honoring that tradition of craftsmanship and the standard of work instilled in me, in every single shot I take.
